Hello,

I am trying to create a template for my custom post type "Residenze". I have created the post type and assigned to it some custom fields.

When I open for the first time the template section to start inserting dynamic content it works well. But when I saved the template and the page reloads I get a blank page (attached the error in the console)

I expected to see the editor to create a template with dynamic fields etc.

Can you tell me how to solve the problem?

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: I'am building a website for a client so atm it is in a local env.

Thanks for the help.
M.

Hi Mauro,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Its a bit difficult to check the issue when the site is on a local environment as the issue could just be the local server.

Is there any way you can upload this to a live server and check again to see if the issue remains?

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Shane,

I have managed to put the website online under a subdomain.

The problem shows only when you try to add a themplate/model for the "Residenze" Post Type.
If you try the same procedure with "Camere" Post Type everything seems to works fine.

Hope you can tell me how to fix the problem asap.

Thanks.
M.

Hi Mauro,

Can you let me know the step by step procedure on how to replicate this issue?

Checking on the site it displays fine but it could be that i'm not following the right instructions on how to replicate.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Shane,

Thanks for the reply.
I fix the problem... it was my fault sorry.

The problem was due to wrong assignment of the template and duplicated custom post type with duplicated template.

Everything works well now.
I will open anther ticket if I have other problem.

Thanks for the availability
M.
