Beaver Builder is only intended to be used with Views Content Templates, not inside Layouts.
Beaver Builder is a page builder, and Layouts is a page builder, and you should use one or the other rather than both, or at least not mix them on the same page.
Thank you so much for your reply. The problem i now have if not using layouts is i can't use the OceanWP template settings to hide the sidebar etc on the views layout for my single page design Or i am missing something here?
I don't have a test site with the same setup in front of me, but you should find that if you disable Layouts then you should see the same settings when editing a Views Content Template.
Make sure you scroll down the page, you should see them at the bottom.
I went ahead and set up a test site to confirm that it works as expected on current versions, which it appears to.
On the page you are linking to, what are you expecting to be different?
For example, you have set the theme options to disable the sidebar. I can see a map to the right in what looks like a sidebar, but it is not a sidebar generated by your theme (which has been disabled), it is a faux-sidebar added by Beaver Builder.
From what I can see it looks like content generated by Beaver Builder (or one of its related add-ons) and is not content generated by OceanWP, in which case the theme option settings of your template will have no effect.
