basket doesnt work.jpg

Hi, we created individuell fields where we can show a for example a folder for download. If we want to delete this folder, the basket in the backend doesn't work any longer. So in the frontend remains an empty bullet point.

The example URL: hidden link

You'll find the file in the backend under Objekte => Stadtschloss Weimar und Ensemble Bastille

You'll find attached the screenshots from backend and frontend.

This part is only an example. It does not work anywhere!

Kind regards
Manuela

Hi Manuela

I edited your post to remove the log in details; please only provide sensitive data when we set up a private reply for you, as these posts are public.

Regarding the issue, I visited the post in the back end editor and in the browser console I saw the JS error shown in the screenshot.

An error like that on the page will likely prevent other JavaScript from running correctly, and likely explains why the delete buttons to remove the existing files do not work as expected.

Can you perform some basic checks to see if we can isolate the source of the error.

Specifically, check for conflicts. Disable all plugins except Toolset, and make sure you are not running any custom code (if you edited the theme's functions.php file, switch theme to twentytwenty, and disable any code snippets added in Toolset > Settings).

Visit the edit screen on the back end again. If the error no longer appears then you should be able to determine the source of any conflict that triggers the problem by a process of elimination.

Let us know how you get on.

My issue is resolved now. The bad boy was a third party plugin. Thank you!
