Hi,

I wanted to test the Toolset Block plugin but it seems like something is wrong because the view I created in the backend doesn't show at all on the frontend. hidden link
See attached screenshots
I tried to deactivate all plugin and switching to an other them but the result is the same.

Any idea what could be happening?

Hi Hanael,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Can you provide the debug data for your site so that I can have a look at your specific setup?
https://toolset.com/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

I've enabled the debug field for you to provide the debug data.

Thanks,
Shnae

Hi Hanael,

I can confirm that nothing out of the norm is in your debug data.

Would you mind allowing me to have admin access to the website so that I can have a more detailed look at this for you ?

Please where applicable please provide me with a link to an example page where I can see the issue.

I've enabled the private fields for your next response.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Hanael,

Thank you for the login. The issue here was a slug conflict with your Test post type and the page Test.
They both essentially had the same slug so the archive for the test post type was displaying instead of your test page.

Changing your Test page slug to test2 resolves the issue.

As you can see your view is displaying as intended.

Thanks,
Shane
