Dear Toolset-Support!

I am trying to:

Open the "Layouts" in Firefox in WordPress-Backend but it doesn't list me any layouts although I have already set up one. When I open this layout via Dashboard this works.

Also when I want to add a new layout-item to my existing layout, it does not work in Firefox. I click "Insert Cell" but nothing happens.

This happened since the latest updates of Toolset Forms (2.0.2), Toolset Types (3.0.3), Toolset Views (2.6.3) and Toolset Layouts (2.4).

I even reinstalled the plugins but no change. (I haven't tested if the other plugins but it seems, only the layouts-plugin (2.4) produces this error)

So I think, this has something to do with this latest updates of the plugin (some javascript issue, maybe).

In Chrome everything works fine.

Can you check this by yourself or tell me, what else I could do?

Thanks for your help and best wishes,

Hannes

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Well - I would like to know do you see any javascript error's on your FF browser's console?

Could you please share access details so I can check with my FF browser.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I would additionally need your permission to de- and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important. If you agree to this, please use the form fields I have enabled below to provide temporary access details (wp-admin and FTP).

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Hi Minesh,

I must admit, you guys are simply the best! 🙂

I wrote you about Firefox and Shane about not being able to edit the names of the post-type sub-menues.

One day later there is an update fixing both problems. I am really overwhelmed.

Three thumbs up for you and the team.

So this ticket can now also be closed, which I will do hereby.

All the best and keep up this good work,

Hannes
