Backend Icons missing

This support ticket is created 3 years, 3 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

We're having issues with "repeatable fields" in backends. Icons are missing (ex. for delete fields).
we made updates on the Toolset and WP but nothing changed. Any suggestion? Thanks.

It looks like a conflict with another plugin, or your theme.

Disable all plugins except Toolset, and make sure you are not running any custom code (if you edited the theme's functions.php file, switch theme to twentytwenty, and disable any code snippets added in Toolset > Settings). Then try editing and updating the page again. If the problem no longer appears then you should be able to determine the source of any conflict that triggers the problem by a process of elimination.

Hello Nigel. thank you for your help. It seems to be a incompatibly issue with awesome font. After updating the theme it seems that it loads two different versions of the font. The site loads version 5 of font awsome while toolset loads version 4 so the icon codes are different. Do you think it is possible to update the version of font-awasome of toolset? Thanks

Could you please navigate to Toolset => Settings => General tab and within the section "Font Awesome" select the option Toolset should use Font Awesome 5 (5.13.0) and see if that help you to resolve your issue.
