Hi team,

I have noticed some unexpected behaviour on one of my recent projects.

I have a bunch of custom fields to my custom post type.
However whenever I edit the post via the back-end, it seems to reset all checkboxes to “unchecked” status.
If I edit with a cred form on the front-end, things look normal.

Please check the following screen capture from my iPad where I show the problem:

Thanks!

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

We already know one issue that is related to the checkboxes field does not save its state with Toolset form and for that our Devs shared the following hotfix.

Can you please try to follow the instructions given with the following link and check if that helps you to resolve your issue:
=> https://toolset.com/errata/toolset-form-doesnt-save-checkboxes-field-values/

If the above hotfix does not help, I would like to debug this issue further.
