This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The problem here is that the user was using the Avada Tabs option, however the tabs weren't switching when clicked on.
Solution:
This problem was actually being caused by Toolset loading the Bootstrap css. Disabling the Bootstrap loading by Toolset resolved the issue.
To disable the Bootstrap loading go to Toolset -> Settings and scroll to Bootstrap loading and select "The theme or another plugin is already loading Bootstrap 4"

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.
Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.
I really don't know what else to say I have tested it on multiple computers and the tabs are just not working.
I expended the page a bit a change the text of the different tabs to english maybe this time it will be more clear?
An update here on this. The issue was being caused by the Loading of Bootstrap by Toolset.
I've disabled the bootstrap loading for Toolset by setting the boostrap loading option at Toolset -> Settings to "The theme or another plugin is already loading Bootstrap 4" This way you can still use the features that come with Toolset that require the use of bootstrap.
But the main issue is that Avada and Bootstrap CSS don't play nicely together because they share similar css class names.
