How to make the comments open when adding post using CRED? Not all users will be an admin.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Well - when you create or Edit your CRED form you will find a setting under section "Other settings:" to show/hide comment for the CRED form.

Please check following screenshot:

Do you mean this setting or you are refering to other comment settings?

Sorry, I wasn't clear with my question.

I mean after creating a post using CRED it redirects to the post itself then the comment section is closed. How can I make it always open for a certain post type?

Have you tried this setting which I suggested or I'm still not getting your question.

What is your problem URL so I can see that would be the best way to understand your issue and please share details with few screenshot what is your expected output.

This is a post created using CRED, all the post created using it becomes like this.

Well - I just tried to check with my local test install and allowed the post to display the comment when created using Toolset Form and its just working fine.

In order to check there is no plugin or theme conflict:
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?

If above information does not help:

I need problem URL of page where you added Toolset Form so I will try to create a form and check whats going wrong there.

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I would additionally need your permission to de- and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important. If you agree to this, please use the form fields I have enabled below to provide temporary access details (wp-admin and FTP).

Maybe im still not clear. It is when the user created a post then it redirects to the post itself, not on the CRED page.
