I am trying to create an Author Archive page. I know you have to create your own archive page, and I have tested with both the Divi Theme Builder and Toolsets' WordPress Archives. With both approaches, only default Blog Posts by the author are displayed - None of the custom post types "Member Posts".

This is a member site, where users create an account then are allowed to make posts which are the custom post type Members Posts. Toolset access is used to only allow logged-in Members view Member Posts. We have used the Divi Theme Builder + Blog module to successfully display Member Posts.

Thanks in advance.

Hello and thank you for contacting Toolset support.

The Toolset archive for authors should display whatever post types you have chosen on the Content Selection section. If it does not, please try with a different theme to make sure it is not caused by the theme. If the issue is caused by the theme, I'll need to check the theme's code.

If this does not help, allow me temporary access to your website to check this closely. Your next reply will be private to let you share credentials safely. ** Make a database backup before sharing credentials. **
