[Resolved] Attempting to register plugin – just spins forever

This support ticket is created 5 years, 6 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Can you please answer these two questions from the system admin so that we can correctly adjust permissions?

What file system permissions do the Toolset plugins require for a successful registration?

What specific folders or files need these file permissions?

My system admin was able to get the plug registered and everything is updated. The fix was to remove the Better WP Security plugin.

Hi Dung,

Happy to see the issue resolved but its strange that when I suggested the disabling of the plugins initially it wasn't working.

Perhaps this plugin was missed in that process?

Either way glad to see that you are able to register the plugin correctly now.
