On a
staging copy
site I'd like to add a new Relationship but after clicking button nothing happens.
I can create new taxonomies, post types, archives etc., but I can't create this way a Relationship.
I use latest Toolset plugins.
I see some similar threads but no fix yet.
I use default WP theme and disabled iThemes Security and logged out and in again.
I may keep further debugging if you confirm you can not replicate the issue.

In Chrome Console I see some related errors,

Also, when I want to add new custom field group, it uses the non-staging, original URL after repeated login (what required when I want to add new CF group in WP admin) and redirection.
So It looks Toolset has issues with staging copies admin area and probably sites admin area available via subdomains.
Hello, usually when I see domain issues like this on a staging environment, it indicates that the site URL and home URL have not been updated completely in wp-admin > Settings > General, or the site permalinks need to be resaved. Please confirm the staging site URLs are set correctly in staging, and resave your site permalinks in Settings > Permalinks. If this does not resolve the problem, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Make sure your Toolset plugins are all up-to-date
- Temporarily deactivate all plugins except Types and Views and activate a default theme like Twenty Twenty
- Test the relationships page again.
- If the problem is resolved, reactivate your theme and other plugins one by one until the problem returns
- If the problem is not resolved, I'll need to take a closer look.
Hi Christian,
it was (and still is) incorrect URLs shown at wp-admin > Settings > General,
but the issue looks fixed.
I changed the 2 URLs ( it was / it still is the original and not the staging2 subdomain ), saved them, but it didn't look changed, even though confirmation appeared that change saved.
But after testing the New Relationship and New CF Group both are working, even after resetting the original theme and activating iThemes Security with the live settings.
