[Resolved] Astra Theme Problem with Toolset Layouts

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem: When I activate Layouts, my Shop page and Product pages are blank.

Solution: We recommend you do not start new projects with Layouts. Use Content Templates instead, and use WooCommerce Views to design the Shop and Product pages. You can use the Block editor to design the Content Template if you want a more visual experience.

I am trying to:
Activate "Toolset Layouts"
Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
Site: hidden link
I expected to see:
the main page showing woocommerce products.
Instead, I got:
a black triangle.

Hi,
I have the Astra Theme, and its working on my site, but when i activate "Toolset Layouts"
, the theme does not work on the main page
, as you can see the video for steps on how to get the problem and how to stop it:

hidden link

Hope this will help in fixing the problem soon.
Also, this finding is given to the Astra Theme team.

Hi, Toolset Layouts is in a maintenance mode so we don't recommend starting new projects with Layouts if you're not already using Layouts:
https://toolset.com/forums/topic/migrating-from-layouts/#post-1300387
You can use Content Templates instead, and design those templates with the Block Editor. https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/getting-started-woocommerce-views/

However, if you want to use Layouts in your project anyway, you must follow these steps to design the Shop page with Layouts:
- Install and Activate Toolset WooCommerce Views
- Go to Toolset > WooCommerce Views, and choose "WooCommerce Views plugin default product archive template" in the Product Archive Template File settings.
- Create a new Layout and apply it to the Product Archive

Thanks, do you mean that no further development is going to be done in "Toolset Layouts".
and i should start using "Content Templates", instead?
Regards.

Thanks, after i de-activated "Toolset Layouts", the main page that shows the list of products, is now working.
But each product page does not work, till i de-activate "Toolset Woocommerce Views"
But to make the de-activation of "Toolset Woocommerce Views" works, i had to de-activate all the following:
Toolset Access
Toolset Forms
Toolset Forms Commerce
Toolset Maps
Toolset Module Manager

then purge the autoptimize cache
then purge w3c all pages cashe

then re-activate them, and leaving "Toolset Woocommerce Views" deactivated, and then each product page works.

then again:
purge the autoptimize cache
then purge w3c all pages cashe

So, what to do now.

Regards.

Yes, that's what I would do. We will continue to support existing Layouts users, but I don't expect new features to be added.

For the individual product page to work, you should go to Toolset > WooCommerce Views and choose the WooCommerce Views template for the single Product page. Then you can use Toolset's Content Templates to design the single Product page.
