Tell us what you are trying to do?
as stated above

For POSTs, I can assign a Content Template to a Category.
But for PAGEs, how do I assign a specific Content Template to a (parent) PAGE, and all its child PAGEs?

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Well - as I understand, we are talking about single page content template - correct? If yes:

You can create a content template for post type "Page" and then when you try to create a new page, the content template will be automatically assigned when you try to add/edit any page.
