This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Sorry for posting this question in the support forum but I am unable to find an appropriate contact form.
For security reasons I need to know if anyone in the support team has an active copy of my site installed on their localhost.

This is the url that I receive notifications from:

My current tickets is not inline with that url.
Worried that a copy of my site is circulating where it should not.

I have granted access to Nigel, but he had another url when working on my site.

Hi Tina

Yes, our second tier asked one of our colleagues based in India to install a local copy of your site for testing to corroborate what they were seeing.

(I'm not sure what conclusions they have reached, nothing has been reported back to me yet, but that will be the source of the request you saw.)
