Thank you for getting in touch.
I tried to have a look at the link you've sent but the page isn't loading. I'm getting an error from the page on cloudfare. See Screenshot
Is there another link that I can have a look at the issue or could you record a short video of the issue so that I can have a look.
Also to ensure this isn't being caused by a plugin conflict I would recommend that you temporarily disable all the non-toolset plugins and try again.
This is to ensure that there no plugins causing this.

It seems like the plugin is not working correctly, see this link - hidden link - we get the attached error, and when set it to be fullwidth it does not change ?
