I have used Woo-commerce Plugin to develop e-commerce website. In my website there is a possibility of MultiVendor.
I want to implement below functionalities.
1) Admin will Assign Margin (In Form of Percentage) Vendor Wise(Margin can be different for each vendor).
2) Based on Margin Percentage Order amount should split between Admin and Vendor.
I am not sure whether i can accomplish this using Toolset Plugin or not,

Well - there is no such native feature available within Toolset plugin to handle multi-vendor woocommerce content. Sooner or later it will need custom programming which is beyond the scope of our support policy.

However, There are a number of plugins available that will fulfill your needs. I suggest try to search on WordPress for such plugins. Here are few:
