Hi Roman,

1. Please share your Debug Information with us so we can see it? I have enabled debug info box for your next reply: https://toolset.com/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

2. Please provide link to the page where I can see error, is it on frontend or backend CRED form screen?

3. Please provide back-end screenshot of the form where you have set the error message, and are you creating the form in English language or in French language using WPML plugin?

Thank you

The error message is set in backend, in "Messages" section, right next to the 2nd label "Message de publication non sauvegardé (un problème)".
The error is on front-end, just try to submit the form without filling any field and you'll see it.

I don't use or want to use WPML on this site.

Please activate confidential form so I can provide the links.

Thank you.

To further debug this issue I need to take a look at your setup and to request temporary website WP-admin and FTP info for your site to debug further and to help in resolving this. Your next answer will be private which means only you and I have access to it.

=== Please backup your database and website ===

✙ I would additionally need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important.

✙ Please add the Link to the [Form] backend Edit Screen and frontend [Page link] where form exists.

Thank you
