I am trying to: fix the Toolset plugin cannot connect to toolset.com error

I added a domain to the site and did not update on toolset.com; I seen error on plugin page and went and updated. I changed the domain and entered the key, the error is still there.

I am also noticing that on my staging site for this site is broken hidden link. It just broke today. Seeing same issue there.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

What if you try to delete your existing site key and then try to register the Toolset plugins again by creating the new site key.

Here is the Doc that might help you out:

I can see that it's showing the error site key is not matching.

Can you please send me admin access details and let me check whats going wrong with your setup.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
