Really annoying looking at this nag :

You must have a valid subscription in order to get upgrades or support for this plugin. Purchase a subscription or enter an existing site key

I have registered the site for Toolset but I do not have WPML

If you have installed and registered the latest Toolset versions this should not happen.

Please, can you ensure that you have the latest versions?
Then, if the issue persists, please de-register the site and re-register it again.

If that does not work, rest assured that the plugin still continues to work.
I will then organize with you a process to solve the problem.

Most likely, if you cannot solve the problem with above steps, I will need to:
- quickly log in and try it myself
- replicate it on another local install (maybe using a copy of your site if you permit this)

Thanks!
