An error occurred while updating Toolset Types: Update package not available.

This support ticket is created 4 years, 12 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

If you have problems updating via the plugins page, you can download a zip of the latest version of Types from your account page (toolset.com/account/downloads) and then go to Plugins > Add New and use the Upload button to install the new version.

(If you are using a version of WordPress below 5.5 then you will need to delete the existing Types plugin first, otherwise you'll be able to simply overwrite it.)
