An archive for a custom post type taxonomy is not working

This support ticket is created 4 years, 10 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Tell us what you are trying to do?
To make a list of credit cards (custom post types) of a given category in a taxonomy related to that post type. Whenever I select the same archive used for all credit cards (That is working) or a new archive specifically done for that taxonomy I always get "no items found"

Is there any documentation that you are following?
