Always reminds me to register Toolset even if key is filled

This support ticket is created 4 years, 4 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi,

my wordpress admin screen always reminds me to register Toolset. It keep appearing even if I enter the correct key.

Hi there

Can you verify that you are using the current version of Types (3.3.12)?

The custom installer code is bundled with Types and there were some issues recently but the latest update included an update to the installer code.

If it is still happening with the current version it could represent a problem communicating with our servers.

If you go to Toolset > Settings, at the bottom of the page there is a link to a page "Toolset Debug Information and Troubleshooting", and if you follow that link at the bottom of that page there is a link to Installer Support. You can double-check that there are green ticks on each of the tests.
