Hey there,

I have the problem that a lot of signs and kind of characters are not allowed in a registration form and I don´t know where it is possible to edit the settings.

You see the issue for example on this page:
hidden link

attached you will find a screenshot, where you see the problem.

It would be great if you can help me solving this problem.

Thanks and all the best
Nils

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I'm not sure what signs you want to allow. When I try to use the same field values as you did for your form like for email, username etc..etc, I do not see any error.

Please check the following screenshot: hidden link

Do I miss anything here?

Hey Minesh,

thanks for your reply. Sorry, here some further informations.

At the moment it´s not allowed to use capital letters, but this must be allowed. I get the error message that it´s only allowed using alphanumeric characters, but capital letters must be included there I think...

It affects the fields "Trägername" and "Benutzername".

Is there a possibility to set this rules in toolset manual?

Thanks
Nils

I just checked by adding the capital letters to both the fields and I do not see the error. It only shows the error about the checkbox that is available at bottom, just before the submit button.

Ok, I got it now. I was just checking the javascript error but when I try to submit the form, yes I can see the same error.

Basically, we just follow the WordPress standard to register the users and this should be from core.

Can you please bit more information.
- Are you using multisite install?

Can you please share debug information. I would like to have debug information that will help us to debug and investigate your issue:

Yes, it is a multisite. I am afraid because of this toolset works at different places incorrect. Can this be?
Cause I have a lot of trouble on this page...

Ok, so that was it.

It's a known problem with WordPress multisite setup and its not from Toolset. The issue is only applicable to Multisite not a single site install.

Here you can see more information:

Actually, we can not do much here.
