[Resolved] Allow re-open the closed ticket

This support ticket is created 6 years, 7 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Firstly I would like to give 100 scores to Toolset support. I understand closing the tickets is needed to clean up some irrelevant tickets, honestly, sometimes the ticket issuers may too busy and forget the question after a heavy workload. The closed ticket may not be solved, I suggest there is a reopen function for the support so that issuers won't need to create duplicated tickets. Reopen tickets can save the support time in reading the thread back and forth.

Hope Toolset will consider this usual function.
