Is there a way that I can have multiple Relationship options for a Custom Post Type, but only allow one of them to be fulfilled?

For example, I could have a CPT of fruit. I could have 3 different possible Relationships set up linking this CPT to other CPTs. As soon as one of these Relationships is set, the other 2 are unavailable or "locked out".

Is this possible in any way?
