Allow a logged in user to register another user using an user form

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Tell us what you are trying to do?

I have a CPT containing Partners
Using a Toolset user form users can self-register.
Using code in a custom plugin they are added to the Partner group
But already logged in users cannot access the form by default.

I need logged in users belonging to the partner-manager group to access the form to register other users.
