Hi there

I visited the link to your site, but it's not obvious what is wrong, as I don't know how it is supposed to look.

Could you give some details about specific problems that we can investigate?

Also, could you please share your debug info?

Here is debug info. The problem is that everywhere on website toolset blocks are crashed. When I enter to edit page all elements are fine but on preview are not. Here is example from one block how it supposed to be hidden link, and how is it on preview hidden link. Also same problem with all views.

Thanks for sharing the screenshots.

Checking the page source for hidden link for the section referred to in the screenshots I can see that for some reason the expected styles that would be added to the .tb-grid element (to define grid-template-columns and grid-auto-flow) are missing, but it's not clear why.

You imply that this happened recently. Was it after making some changes to your site? Updating plugins?

I see that you have updated WordPress to 6.5 (6.5.2).

That included major changes, and while I haven't seen any other reports similar to the problem you are describing, it could be related.

Could you add the WP Downgrade plugin and revert your site to WP 6.4.3 and see if the problem occurs then?

(Also, if you are going to update to WP 6.5 it is important that you update WPML; you are currently on an older version.)

The issue with the toolset has been resolved. The problem was that Cloudflare's Rocket Loader couldn't load the CSS and JS. However, I still can't connect; the toolset blocks your site due to a connection error. The types are working fine. Additionally, I'm using the WPML from other sources.
