[Resolved] All Plugins redirect to Block's welcome page when installed

This support ticket is created 2 years, 5 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi there,

I created a test site and checked there and there is no such thing happening. Would you please kindly test:

It seems to be something related to your installation.

Please make sure that you backup your website and update all Toolset plugins manually:

https://toolset.com/forums/topic/plugin-update/

Also please check for a possible plugin conflict:

- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website.
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins" and deactivate all plugins except Toolset and its add-ons.
- Check if you can still recreate the issue.
- If not, re-activate your plugins one by one and check the issue each time to find out the plugin that causes the problem.

But this needs that you provide us with the staging version of the website so that we can have a safe place to do troubleshooting.

I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your staging WordPress dashboard.

My issue is resolved now. Thank you!

Not sure what happened but I tested it again, and it working fine now.
