Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Checking your site on the frontend it seems fine to me. The pages don't ask for a login.

However the credentials you sent don't seem to work.

I'm not sure of the exact issue. Is it that you cant view the site at all ?

Because I disabled all toolset plugins and removed the credentials - site down not acceptable

I will provide details to the cloned website shortly - I removed toolset from the live site because of this issue
