[Closed] AJAX results update – certain results are always missing

Good day!

We have a view with filters.

A question regarding updating the results -

When set to full page refresh then there are no problems. But when set to "AJAX results update when visitors change any filter values" then certain results are always missing.

Maybe you can advice where should we look at? We are using WP Rocket, maybe there is a cache issue?

Hi Juri,

I just checked the feature on my installation and it seems to be working ok.

I would definitely start with troubleshooting the environmental factors.

Plugin Conflict

Please check for a possible plugin conflict:

- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website.
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins" and deactivate all plugins except Toolset and its add-ons.
- Check if you can still recreate the issue.
- If not, re-activate your plugins one by one and check the issue each time to find out the plugin that causes the problem.

Theme Conflict

Please check for a possible theme conflict:

- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website.
- Switch to the default theme such as "TwentyTwenty" by going to "WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > themes".
- See if the issue is fixed.

I would do the tests by creating a staging version of the website to not affect a live website.
