I am trying to: Set up toolset to refresh star rating with the ajax, or just make it refresh the page all together (If that is the only way)

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: The filtered list w/ the star rating as well.

Instead, I got: Filtered result with error code instead of the stars (Error code = [kkstarratings force="false" valign="bottom" align="center"] )

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I see you must be using third-party plugin kkstarratings to implement the start ratings and that has a conflict with ajax filter update view settings.

I do not know why you are using a third-party plugin to display the star rating as if your intention is to only display the star rating Toolset blocks offers the star rating block.

I need to check on your install why the star rating is no working and for that I need access details.

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

I do not get any access details yet. Please send it on my way once you have it. For now, wp-admin access details would be enough.
