The issue is fixed by updating Toolset forms but there is this issue:

023/04/26 13:41:56 [error] 66479#66479: *63931 recv() failed (104: Connection reset by peer) while reading response header from upstream, client: 2601:3c2:8300:21f2:f5d9:1c30:47c7:8470, server: staging-323lifeworks.kinsta.cloud, request: "POST /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php HTTP/1.1", upstream: "hidden link;, host: "staging-323lifeworks.kinsta.cloud:45218", referrer:

Hello,

Here is an update on the critical error issue and the AJAX load form issue.

Critical error issue - Kinsta checked and could not find a server problem. A backup from before ToolSet plugin updates was restored. ToolSet plugin updates were installed one at a time. NO critical error! Don't know what caused it, but it is no longer there.

AJAX load form issue - after updating all of the ToolSet plugins, I retested the post form setting for AJAX.
"Form submit: Submit this form without reloading the page (use AJAX) ".
I tested this with the setting checked and unchecked. The page reloaded when the form was submitted BOTH with the setting checked and with it unchecked.

Do I misunderstand that it should save the form without refreshing the page if checked?

Thank you.

Hi there,

Thank you. Would you please share the login information again? So I can check? The one you mentioned before is not working.

Please make sure the next reply is set as private.

Also please give me the form name and the page used so I can check.

Thanks.
