ajax cart update upon quantity change

hia,

i've build a custom product grid (only 1 product there now):

(right now the "add to cart" button is hidden)

is there a way to trigger an ajax cart update upon changing quantity?
I've tried searching this so long.

Well - there is no such native feature available to update the cart when you change the quantity. This needs pure custom programming which is eventually beyond the scope of our support policy.
