Hi Arnis,

Thank you for getting in touch.

I tried checking your debug information to see if I could identify the versions of our Toolset plugins that you are using but the only thing showing is the NextGEN plugin.

We have released a few updates to our Toolset plugins that should've resolved the jQuery issue with wordpress 5.5

If you have not already downloaded these updates you can get them from the link below.
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

Once you have performed these updates please let me know if the issue still remains.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Arnis,

Thank you for checking. I need a clearer description of the issue so that I know how best to advise.

Is it a component of Toolset that is not working ? What exactly is breaking on your site? Are there any errors being generated in your website console ?

Can you also send me a screenshot highlighting the issue. I see that you have a jQuery plugin installed. If you disable this plugin does the issue still remain.

Please let me know.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Anis,

Great happy you were able to find the issue. Perhaps you can contact the support team for the Arconix Shortcodes plugin to see what they can do about this.

If there are no further issues then you can go ahead and mark this one as resolved.

Thanks,
Shane
