[Resolved] After upgrade plugins, my website fails

Problem:
The issue here is that the user is having issues updating the plugins.
Solution:
In this case I would recommend performing a manual update of the plugins by downloading them and uploading it to your website. https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
This support ticket is created 6 years, 3 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.
This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.
Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.
After update Toolset Plugins (Toolset Access, Toolset Forms, Toolset Layouts, Toolset Types, Toolset Views and Toolset Maps), my website hide Layout list published and don't show me nothing in some Front end layout pages.
My website uses Divi theme and I still have to use Toolset Divi Integration plugin if I want to see Layouts in Divi theme. If I deactivate this plugin, I can't see layouts in my Divi theme, and in other message you tell me I can deactivate it cause new Layout integers this plugin. But if I do it, no layout is show in front end.
I have to reinstall a backup cause it's an active website with lot of users and I can't update Toolset plugins.
Can you tell me any solution to update this plugins or is an error you are solving???? I said this cause I found similar problems in technical support.
I can not see any error.
My published Layout list doesn't show any published Layout. It doesn't show no Layouts list.
In frontend, all pages where I use Layouts + Views failed and becomes grey too, but no error appears in browser console.
I tried two or three times with the updated plugins. That's my problem.
Can we find another solution, please????

As I told you is a big website cause is on production and it has a lot of users.
