I am trying to: click on add media

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: be able to add media to listing

Instead, I got: add media button not working and getting this error in the console

Hi, please try the following troubleshooting steps and let me know the results.
- Temporarily activate a default theme like Twenty Seventeen, then deactivate all plugins except Types. If you need to activate a plugin like Maintenance Mode while testing, that's fine.
- Clear your browser cache, then test again.
- If the problem is resolved, reactivate your theme and plugins one by one until the conflict is revealed.
- If the problem is not resolved, I will take a closer look.

Hi Christian,

Many thank for getting back to me.

I did as you suggested and now when i cluck on the Add media button, the media lightbox loads up. But i am getting the error Failed to load plugin url: hidden link. I know you are not supporting this plugin, so i will raise a ticket with them, but do you know what could be the cause ?

Thanks again

I did a bit more investigation and it appears there is a compatibility issue between this theme and Types. When I install the theme locally, I can replicate the same "wptValidationForms" error. I checked the theme's support forum and found some related information: hidden link

I can raise a compatibility issue with the team about this theme, but it appears that the theme is directly dependent upon the Types free plugin. This free plugin will be going away soon and rolled into the paid Toolset package:
https://toolset.com/2017/11/types-plugin-is-moving-to-be-a-part-of-the-complete-toolset-package/

Let me know how you would like to proceed.
