[Resolved] After renaming a Post Type, existing custom posts don't get new slug

This support ticket is created 3 years, 11 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to:Build a website!

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

I expected to see:Having renamed a POST TYPE (created in Toolkit), I expected to be able to edit existing custom posts of that type.

Instead, I got:The posts appear in Admin, but they don't open to edit (incorrect link). Existing posts on the frontend don't pick up the new slug. New custom posts get created OK, but the existing 100+ can't be edited nor loaded on the front-end.
Tried to reset permalinks, but no change.

Cleared OBJECT CACHING on server and this fixed it.
Toolset seems a bit sensitive to this!
