I am trying to: Activate the key on the main domain

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: toolset admin: https://toolset.com/account/sites/

I expected to see: all features to be activated

Instead, I got: missing activation for Blocks and Module manager

i had them activated on the development site(new.tsv.bg) but after deactivating the subdomain and activating on the main domain(tsv.bg) 2 of the activations are not working. Now my custom templates are broken because they use Blocks. Please fix

It says registered in the plugins manager, but doesn't work

When i try to edit my custom template there is an error "Your site doesn’t include support for the "toolset-blocks/grid" block. You can leave this block intact, convert its content to a Custom HTML block, or remove it entirely."

Hi there

Your account allows you to register one site, where a "site" refers to a specific url.

If you have different urls for production and development sites you can only register one (or one at a time).

The FAQ on installing and registering sites includes suggestions as to how to handle this scenario: https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/

Now, regarding which Toolset plugins are active on a registered site, that is not determined by the https://toolset.com/account/sites/ page, which simply shows the active plugins on the site.

To activate additional plugins on the site which don't appear in your plugins list, you need to click the "Registered" link of any one of the installed Toolset plugins, which will take you to the custom OTGS installer page. From there you can choose additional plugins to install on your site, as well as updating them in bulk if there are new versions.

If you still have problems after reviewing the above please let us know.

Hello,
I'm using only 1 domain at the moment.
It all seems fine in plugin settings, blocks is installed and seems activated in wp admin, but blocks is not working and not showing as activated on toolset page.
Please help. I can provide you with website access(it was send in my previous ticket and still active)

I have deleted blocks, then installed again and reactivated. Now it shows as activated, but i still get the error: "Your site doesn’t include support for the "toolset-blocks/grid" block. You can leave this block intact, convert its content to a Custom HTML block, or remove it entirely."
and don't see toolset blocks in spectra.

This looks odd.

I logged in to your site. I can see that Toolset Blocks is installed and active.

But if I edit a page (or post or template) using the block editor, none of the Toolset blocks are available.

There are no settings required to enable the blocks, so the fact that they are missing suggests something is interfering and preventing the blocks from being registered.

To test that it would be necessary to disable all non-Toolset plugins and switch theme to a standard theme (e.g. twentytwentyone). If the problem disappears then it should be possible to identify the conflict by a process of elimination.

But this looks like a production site, is that correct? Can we use this site for testing, or should test on a staging server?

Unfortunately that is the live site. Please note - all was working fine on the development site. All i did in order to switch to the live site was to copy the files in different folder on the server and direct the main domain to it, as the database remain the same. Essentially the live site is exact copy of the development site and all was working fine on the development site with same template and same plugins. Only difference is I had to deactivate the development domain and activate toolset on the live site - then the problem started.

Please test on a staging server.

I have activated the old development site with a copy of the current database and it's working there.
The problem must be after I copied all the files to a different directory. I have deleted all toolset plugins and reinstalled them - same problem.
If you click on custom fields, Relationships or Relationships forms - you get infinite loading screen(screenshot attached)
Blocks is missing activation again in toolset website.

Sounds like you should have done a proper migration from one server to the other using a tool that will automatically handle things like updating URLs in the database.

If you are using the same database for two different servers then the URLs would be wrong on one of them.

That seems the likely cause of the issues you are facing.

Perhaps you can use a plugin like Better Search Replace to safely update the site URLs in your database: https://wordpress.org/plugins/better-search-replace/

#2707452

But it's not on different servers - it's on the same server, just different folder. The dev site was built under folder /new.tsv.bg/ and for the live I had to copy the files to folder /public_html/new.tsv.bg/ because I couldn't redirect the main domain to a folder outside of /public_html/

#2707466

I have now made a proper migration - cloning the website using cpanel softaculous - all files are now under new folder /public_html/tsv.bg and new database created by the migration tool - I still have problem with toolset - blocks is not working. Custom field and Relationships not working either.

Everything else is working correctly except toolset - please help!

If you have a staging site where everything works correctly I suggest you install a plugin like All in One WP Migration and export a backup that includes only the database, not the media or plugins or theme.

Then on your production site install the same plugin and import the exported package.

That will automatically update the everything in the database to work correctly at the new site URL.

The problems you see evidently occur because of problems in moving the site.

#2707490

I have already did a clone of the website with cpanel softaculous which creates a new database with all the necessary corrections. There is no leftover wrong pats in the new database - i did a search with phpmyadmin and with the toll you suggested - Better Search Replace.
The database is correct. There is something wrong with the file of toolset or something. Please create a staging site and try to find the problem. Could be connected to the licensing system as blocks licensing keeps disappearing from the toolset page
Even if it was migration problem - deleting all toolset plugins and reinstalling them (as i did) should've fixed it.
I have Astra Pro, Spectra pro and other plugins installed - everything works correctly except toolset.
