[Resolved] After paying the annual licence both plugin ask register

This support ticket is created 2 years, 5 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

After that licence has automatically renewed (payed, as my profile confirms) on the WordPress dash appears "Remember to register Toolset. Registration gives you automatic updates for stability, performance and security. " So clicking on "register Toolset" brings me to a page that says "You're using an expired account" and asks me to Extend the licence, but licence extension has beeen payed today.

I also renew the keys on my List of My latest Sites, but this didn't help as in the WordPress back-end you don't have place to put them.

It's many years that I renew Toolset licence, it is great, but this things shouldn't happen:

You're automatically aked to renew, you automatically pay, my Toolset profile says "Next renewal: 2023-08-04" so why this issues?

Thank you for getting in touch.

Not sure why you're getting this issue however could you go to your wordpress admin panel then navigate to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again?

Once you've done this please let me know if the issue still remains.

Hi Shane,

I went to Updates, I press again on "register Toolset" (there is no Check Again), but it sends me again in the requesting of extend the licence. You can see any step in the "toolset1,toolset2,toolset3 images attached but the problem persists.

What I have to do?

Can you regenerate your site key and let me know if the problem still persists.

The best way to generate the site key is by following the instructions in the link below.

Paying close attention to step 3.

Hi Shane,

I did what you say but didn't had any effect. Then I cancel my licence and registered again Types plugin after generating a new key and everything went ok. Views registered automatically.
