I am trying to: configure the type to work with powerpress podcasting. The new type is not registering with powerpress. I think that the issue is based on hidden link where I need to be able to set hierarchical =true, and a couple other settings. I do not know how I can do this though from the settings menus.

Hi Daniel

When you use Types to register a new custom post type you can set the options on the edit page where you create the post type. In the screenshot you can see I am editing a post type called Things and I have collapsed each of the sections except the options section which is the one you need.
