additional question form previous ticket

Regarding this ticket, Is it possible to achieve a similar result by making 2 taxonomies with a relationship?
For example, taxonomy "State" and taxonomy "County" and make relationship between them.

So somehow if a user choose California from State, the form and search filter shows Los Angeles and other California only counties?

No, its not possible, there is no such feature available to update another taxonomy filter dropdown BBB based on the selection the taxonomy term selected from dropdown AAA which is added to your post/user form.
