Hi there

I visited your site but couldn't work out where to find the page from your screenshot.

Do you have a link to it?

I'm guessing this is a custom archive, and that one set of pagination links come from the custom archive itself, and another from your theme.

If it's not possible to disable the pagination links in the theme, you could remove them from the custom archive.

But being able to visit the page and see the page source would help confirm that.

I created a staging version of the live website to try to resolve this issue.

The first staging site has two pagination controls and the second has only one.

The second site has the correct controls which appear on all levels of search.

I see in the source code that you are using the Astra theme, and that the unwanted pagination is generated by Astra.

If you made a custom archive using Toolset, then you should be able to locate the Astra theme settings when editing the custom archive (screenshot) and be able to disable the pagination that way.

This makes absolutely no sense to me how the two sites can be different aside from the content.

The second site and several others were exact clones of the first site.

Have you checked the settings on the different sites?

I disabled the Astra pagination settings as you indicated but this does not seem logical.

If this is the case, why do the Astra settings for the second site appear "enabled" as well.. but the second set of pagination controls do not display on the frontend?

I'm glad the second set of controls on the first site nolonger show. but the second site should display them as well if the proposed reason were the only cause.

Thank you.

So, both sites have the same setting but it is only working correctly on one of them?

I can imagine that if you have cloned these sites you may need to re-save the template for the settings to correctly take effect.

Do the settings work correctly if you save the template, with the setting set to the desired option?
