I would like to embed a direct link in the Toolset-generated email notifications that allows admins to change a WooCommerce order status with one click.
Currently, admins manually log into WooCommerce, find the order, and update its status. My goal is to streamline this by providing a button/link in the Toolset email that directly updates the order status in WooCommerce.
How can I dynamically generate a link in Toolset notifications that allows admins to approve or complete an order with one click?
Is there a Toolset-friendly approach to integrating WooCommerce order status updates into notification emails?
Can I use Toolset Forms, conditional logic, or a custom function to create a secure approval process via email?

There is no such feature available but let me check if I able to share any workaround.
Can you please share admin access details and also tell me the full workflow to place the order and to what email you want to add the link. Please share all those required details.

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
