I am trying to: search for a user to add to post group to control read access.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

I expected to see: Search box for finding users

Instead, I got: Doesn't let me enter anything in the user search field. Also Doesn't let me add pages etc, into the dialog, only if I use the button at the top of the content. (I have a feeling I'm not understanding something. New to Access component)

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

You can set read permission to specific user's by clicking on the icon at bottom of post field group as shown in the following screenshot:
=> hidden link

Also, you are saying that you can not find any users, you mean the auto-suggest is not working for you? If so:
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?

More info:

Yes, the auto suggest does not work. It is impossible to select a user to add to the list.

I deactivated plugins one at a time and the conflict appears to be with Slider Revolution 5.2.6.

Thanks.

Ok - It looks like compatibility issue.

Well - as I can see the latest version of Slider Revolution is 5.4.X.X.

Could you please try to update to latest version and try to resolve your issue.

If your issue still persists, please send me zip copy of your plugin's latest version and I will try to debug this further.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Thanks for sharing all required information.

I'm able to reproduce the issue and it looks like there is compatibility issue. I've report the issue to our Devs. Please hold on for further updates.

I don't know if this is related but I've also been roughing in some CRED forms and while this works....

[cred_show_group if="($(pub-type) eq  'Ad' )"  mode='none']
	<div class="form-group">
		<label>Space Reservation Due Date</label>
		[cred_field field='reservation-date' post='publication' value='' urlparam='' class='form-control' output='bootstrap']
	</div>
[/cred_show_group]

....it doesn't work if mode is set to any other setting. (With any animation the section doesn't hide). But this is with the Slider Revolution deactivated. So, it is probably a separate issue. Nonetheless, I need to deal with it.

I was wondering if you had any suggestions.

Thanks.

We contacted the author and they are happy to fix this issue by adding the CSS fix to revolution slider's global.css file in next release.

Please update to latest version of revolution slider and check if that help you to resolve your issue.
