[Resolved] Adding the Field Group name on the Field Group Edit page.

This support ticket is created 6 years, 6 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I love Toolset Types! One tiny usability issue that confuses me is that whenever I'd viewing / editing a Field Group, the name of the group doesn't appear anywhere on screen. I'd love to see it at the top of the screen, as pictured here:

The Field's Group name is in the "Settings for the field group" section.

If you expand that the title is always visible.

But I agree, it should not be a big issue to add a variable that calls the title of the group right within the heading string "Edit Post Field Group" so it is "Edit {title of group} (Post Field Group)" () here stands for "maybe not even needed".

I think it is enough to say "edit {title}".

But I will leave that decision to the developers and UX specialists.

Thanks for the request, I will not update here when we implement this, unless yo explicitly want that.
Instand we could close this here now, and the changelog will hold the changes once made (as well you will notice it in the screens)
