On my real estate listings, I would like to add street address and zip code fields to show on the listings, be searchable, and show the street address on a Google map.

I've looked at all kinds of different documentation and still can't figure it out. 🙂

Realtor.com is a good example of what I would like for the address info and map. hidden link

Hi, I had another User report a similar issue today. I ran through the procedure to install the site from scratch, and I was able to see that some of the custom fields required to make the map and map markers work for all the different properties are missing from the site. I've asked my 2nd tier support team to take a look at this issue.

If you go to Houses > Cozy 2 Story House with Finished Basement and edit this post in wp-admin, are you able to see the Property Location field here? If no address information appears in the custom fields, then I'm afraid you have run into the same issue. Standby, and I'll update you here when I have some additional information to share.

When I go to edit in wp-admin I do NOT see any Property Location field there.

At least I'm not the only one. Standing by! Thank you!

Any updates on this yet? Thank you.

Hi, sorry for the delay getting back to you. We released an update to the Real Estate reference site that resolves the issue with missing property address fields, and adds several other improvements. You can create a new site on discover-wp.com to see the latest updates, or you can update all Toolset Plugins and reset your external site to use the latest Real Estate reference files. Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused!

Thanks so much for the update. I reset and created a new site and I'm still going through things. I definitely see improvements, but if you don't mind I would like to keep this open for a few days so I can check everything out. I've been away from my desk more than usual with the holidays. Thank you!

That's fine, I will mark this ticket as pending an update from you. No need to reply right now. The ticket should remain open for 30 days unless you reply before then.
