Adding or selecting tags to group post field groups to.

I'm creating post field groups and I want to be able to have the user assign a tag to it. This is needed so we can pull all the records based on the assigned tag. Is this possible? If so, how do I go about setting this up?

Hi Rene,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

I'm assuming from your post that you want to assign tags to a post groups. Unfortunately this isn't possible since the Post field groups are NOT custom post. You can only assign tags to posts.

The Post Field group is assigned to a custom post type. When you create a post in that Post Type you can then Tag that post using taxonomies.

This is similar to what you want to achieve because you are still tagging the individual data that would be stored in the post group fields.
