[Resolved] Adding new item to checkboxes field does not show

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The user has a chickbox filter on a custom taxonomy but does not get a newly added term.

Solution:
The user has probably configured the filter to hide the checkboxes of terms that do not have any posts assigned.

I use a cred form (pict 1) to fill the database from the front end. I added a new checkbox to the checkboxes field “SOULSECTIONS” in the CUSTOM FIELD GROUP “Snippet-fields”.

To search for items in the database I made the View shown in picture 2 and 3. The new checkbox “SOULSECTIONS” does not show.

Where do I go wrong?

Hello and thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Maybe you configured the view to hide the filters that are empty manually in the search settings, and currently, you do not have a post that has the "Snippet-fields" "SoulSections".

If it is not the case, please purge any cache you have and allow me temporary access to check this further. Your next reply will be private to let you share credentials safely. ** Make a database backup before sharing credentials. **
