Adding another Toolset area to the site

This support ticket is created 6 years, 9 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I currently use Toolset to display details for insurance companies. Some information is displayed and some is used in accordions.

I am wanting to build an FAQ page.

I want to have headings such as buildings, contents, etc.
Under the headings I would then like questions listed below each heading.
I want to make each question a link which will then go to an anchor further down the page (I assume this would be the best option).
After each question I would like a return to the top link.

Is Toolset the best option for this please and if so how would I go about adding this because Toolset is already in use please?
